Man Stabbed Inside Delaware Wawa

WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) -- Delaware State Police say a man who was stabbed at a convenience store in Wilmington is in critical condition.

Police say the victim and two other men walked into a bathroom at a Wawa store on Limestone Road about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday. Authorities say a short time later, the victim chased the other two men out of the store. Police say the victim then returned to the store, where he collapsed from an apparent stab wound to his back.

Police say the victim, who is 27 and from Newark, underwent emergency surgery at Christiana Hospital. He remains in critical condition.
