A Philadelphia police officer suffered a fractured shoulder after being hit by a car while directing traffic outside the Eagles game.
The accident happened shortly after midnight Wednesday at Front Street and Pattison Avenue in South Philadelphia.
According to police, an officer assigned to the traffic division was hit by a car while directing traffic after the Eagles game.
The officer suffered a fractured shoulder and was taken to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. The officer is listed in stable condition.
Investigators said the driver of the vehicle did stop at the scene. It was not immediately known if any charges would be filed.
