After Delay, Marching Band Is Headed To Rose Bowl Parade

(CBS) - Downingtown High School band members are on their way to the Rose Bowl Parade.

The band has been planning and fundraising for the trip for months but yesterday's snow cancelled two flights band members were supposed to be on, and it looked like they might not make it.

The trip coordinator, however, reports the flights have been rescheduled for later today and the whole band will make it to the parade in Pasadena, California.

About 400 band members are going from Downingtown East and West and nearly that many friends and family members are trying to get there too.
