ALLENTOWN, Pa. (CBS) — A teenager died during a fire that damaged three homes in Lehigh County Tuesday evening.
The three-alarm fire started at about 7 p.m. inside a home in the 200 block of East Elm Street in Allentown. The fire quickly spread to at least two neighboring homes.
According to fire officials, a 16-year-old was killed during the fire. The teen’s identity was not immediately available.
A total of 16 residents were displaced as a result of the fire.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
