Philadelphia (CBS) – Three alleged vandals are in state police custody awaiting various charges after they were caught in the process of allegedly preparing to target the newly opened South Street bridge with spray paint.
Pennsylvania state police aren’t saying much, but they note that troopers on patrol arrested two men and a 16-year-old male as they were allegedly about to spray paint the brand new South Street bridge.
Troopers say the trio was spotted around 2:45 a.m. with cans of spray paint in hand. Police say they had just sprayed graffiti on a nearby wall.
Troopers took all three into custody and confiscated their cans of spray paint.
