Fujifilm Photo Sweepstakes Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. THE SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
Residents at least 18 years of age living in the Philadelphia demographic market area (i.e. with a resident zip code within the Philadelphia and surrounding TV viewing area) (the "Philadelphia DMA") are eligible to enter by going to www.Philadelphia.cbslocal.com, completing an applicable entry form, and submitting an original, personal photo(s) of family and friends in sports regalia, in a sports setting, or enjoying a sporting event. Note that although a photo submission is required for entry, the photo submission itself has no bearing on selection of Sweepstakes winners, and all Sweepstakes winners will be randomly selected.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD AND ELIGIBILITY
The FUJIFILM Photo Sweepstakes will begin on November 6TH 2010 at 4:30am and end on December 19th 2010 at 11:59pm. Entries must be received during this period to be eligible. Proof of transmission does not determine or prove Sponsors' date of receipt. Sponsors' designated, centralized computer is the official timekeeping device for this promotion. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsors for lost, late, stolen or misdirected mail or entries, or any failure or unavailability of electronic communications or Internet connections. The Sweepstakes is being conducted by CBS and sponsored by FUJIFILM North America Corporation ("FUJIFILM" and with CBS, the "Sponsors").

The Sweepstakes is open to residents of the Philadelphia DMA who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of KYW-TV, CBS Corporation, FUJIFILM, other television and radio stations in the Philadelphia DMA, and their affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising agencies and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household are ineligible to participate or win.

Participants are eligible to win a CBS Television Stations group sweepstakes only once every sixty days. Only one winner per household is permitted in this Sweepstakes. Participants are eligible to win a prize valued at $600.00 or more only once every six months.

3. HOW TO ENTER
No limitations on number of entries
Entry deemed made by holder of e-mail account referenced on the entry submission.
Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries.

To enter, go to www.Philadelphia.cbslocal.com, fill out the entry form (completely) and attach a .jpg file of your sports photo. Separate, unique photo must be submitted with each entry. All unselected entries received shall carry over into the next random drawing, through the sweepstakes end date.

Sponsors are not responsible for technical or computer failures, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable Internet connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted computer or network transmissions, inability to access any Web site or on-line service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If the judges determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Sweepstakes or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prize among all eligible entries received as of the termination date. If the Sweepstakes is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted at www.Philadelphia.cbslocal.com. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsors reserve the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant that tampers with the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes.

4. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES AND SUBMISSIONS
By use of this website and by entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to the Station's Web Site Terms
of Use Agreement and to the use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy
located at: "http://Philadelphia.cbslocal.com/privacy-policy". In addition to uses outlined in the Station's Web Site Terms of Use Agreement, Sponsors may use any information you may provide as part of the Sweepstakes entry during the Sweepstakes and thereafter to contact you for the limited purpose of informing you about Sponsor's products, services, and promotional offers from time to time, provided that you will be given the opportunity at any time to "opt out" of receiving further information and promotional offers. In no event will your personal information be provided by Sponsors to any third party except as noted in the Station's Web Site Terms of Use Agreement.

Entrants are required to provide truthful information and the Sponsors will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. The Sponsors will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements.

All entries (including the .jpg file of the photo submitted, but excluding any underlying rights in the photo submitted) become the sole property of the Sponsors and will not be returned. By entering, entrants agree to abide by these rules, and represent that the submitted photo is an original, non-published photo taken by the entrant, and that they have the right to submit such photo for purposes of entry into this Sweepstakes.

5. PRIZES:
A total of six (6) FUJIFILM HS10 Digital Cameras will be awarded (one camera per week beginning 11/16/10. Entries from this website will be combined with entries from the websites of CBS Stations WCBS-TV, KCBS-TV and KTVT-TV) - Approximate Value $450.00 per camera. Approximate value of all prizes offered in connection with this Sweepstakes: $2,700.00. All prizes will be awarded. All prizes or prize certificates may be over-nighted from WCBS-TV; 524 West 57th Street; New York, NY 10019 or picked up at the Station closest to the Winner, as specified by Sponsors. Any prize not claimed and properly awarded within thirty (30) days of winning will be forfeited by the winner. In the event that a prize is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its arrival. Sponsors are not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize.

Sweepstakes prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prize of comparable value.

6. SELECTION OF WINNERS:
One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received from the combined websites of CBS Stations WCBS-TV, KCBS-TV, WBBM-TV, KYW-TV and KTVT-TV on or before the drawing date, on each of the following dates: 11/16, 11/23, 11/30, 12/7, 12/14, 12/21. Decisions of Sweepstakes Sponsors with respect to the Sweepstakes are final. One alternate winner will be selected each week as well. The alternate winner will be awarded the prize in the event of an eligibility or documentation issue with the selected prize winner. Winners will be notified by phone and/or e-mail.

7. CONDITIONS:
Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner and winners may receive an IRS Form 1099 or equivalent from Station.

All expenses on receipt and use of prize are the sole responsibility of winner. As a condition of acceptance of the prize, all winners agree to within 10 business days sign and return a publicity release, affidavit of eligibility and release of liability for the benefit of Sponsors, (i) granting to the Sponsors the right to use the winner's name, voice, and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and publicity in any and all media now known or hereafter invented, without further permission or additional compensation (except where prohibited by law); and (ii) releasing Sponsors, their respective affiliates, their respective advertising, promotion and production agencies from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize and/or participation in this Sweepstakes.

Sponsors reserve the right to make changes in the rules of the Sweepstakes which will become effective upon announcement.

Sponsors are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the posting, the offering or the administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize winners.

Failure to comply with the Sweepstakes rules may result in a participant's disqualification.
