Text Messaging Terms And Conditions CBS Broadcasting Inc., CBSTSG (CBS Television Stations Group), King World Productions, Inc. and/or other affiliated entities controlled by, or under common control with, such parties ("CBS") provides the Alerts and Polling programs as a free text messaging services (the "Service"). Please read these terms and conditions prior to using the Service. By using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.
Please note that to process your requests for this Service, message recipients may incur a fee, depending on the arrangement the recipient has with his/her mobile phone providers. A message recipient's cell phone must be capable of receiving text messages. All messages will include a tag line identifying the affiliated alert.
Privacy: CBS respects your privacy. We will only use information you provide to the Service to transmit your text message or as otherwise described in this document. Nonetheless, we reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request or avoid liability.
