Everything Inside Spectrum Up For Auction

SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - With all the attention on the Phillies these days, the Flyers and Sixers may not be high on your interest list right now.

But nostalgia buffs might be interested in an online auction of items inside the soon-to-be-torn-down Spectrum that began Friday morning.

They've been selling seats and such for months, but now anything that's not tied down can be yours, for a price. Comcast-Spectacor spokesman Ike Richman has a partial list of what's available:

"Some of the team mirrors that hung in the locker rooms, the player benches, some of their lockers, and so much more. The toilets from inside the bathroom. People actually want a toilet."

The online auction at www.RememberTheSpectrum.com ends October 17th.  Part of the proceeds will go to the corporation's charitable venture.

Whatever is left unsold after the online auction will be sold at a live auction on October 19th, before demolition begins next month to make way for the "Philly Live" shopping and entertainment complex.
