Pennsylvania will lift its COVID-19 restrictions, except for masking, on Memorial Day, Gov. Tom Wolf announced Tuesday. Wolf says the Commonwealth's mask mandate will be lifted when 70% of Pennsylvania adults are fully vaccinated. Katie Johnston reports.
