Go to the stand that started it all this Saturday, June 13th at Alex's "Original" Lemonade Stand taking place at the school Alex Scott attended, Penn Wynne Elementary School in Wynnewood, PA. Learn why Alex Scott's family, friends and supporters continue to hold lemonade stands to help end childhood cancer and to honor the legacy Alex left us all. The stand will feature plenty of festivities including games, crafts, raffles, food, music and a live butterfly release to celebrate the lives of kids fighting cancer as well as those who have lost their lives to the disease. Admission is free. Donations welcome. $25 donation gets an "All Access Pass"

The fun on the river continues this weekend at Spruce Street Harbor Park Blue Cross River Rink June 12th – 14th open 11 a.m.– 11 p.m. Families can enjoy fun and food on the river as well as the new outdoor roller skating rink featuring roller skates and in-line skates for rent! The annual Old Fashioned Picnic is happening this Saturday, June 13th starting at 12 noon and features fun and activities for all including a scavenger hunt, croquet, ring toss, face painting, jugglers, and more. Food popular during the Victorian era will be served such as root beer, hot dogs and more along with ice cream sundaes for dessert. Families are encouraged to dress in Victorian clothing for a keepsake photo opp! Free. Activities $1 per ticket or $10 for 12 tickets.
