This vegan and raw food restaurant, which is located in Germantown's Tulpehocken Station Historic District, was the first raw food eatery in Philadelphia when it opened in 2008. Eight years later, it still serves up alkaline foods made with healthy ingredients, including a create-your-own sandwich menu that takes sandwich making to a whole new level.
