Nose-to-Tail Dinner


6:30 p.m., $115 (includes meal and cookbook)

Philly’s Vernick is hosting chef Jamie Bissonnette for a special nose-to-tail dinner celebrating the release of the latter’s new book, The New Charcuterie Cookbook. The feast begins with hors d’oeuvres and includes a copy of the book, and there’s an optional beverage pairing available for another $35.

Fringe Dinner Menu


Pay as you go

London Grill and Paris Wine Bar are the setting for two different shows during the Philly Fringe Fest, and in its honor, Chef Terry Berch McNally is offering a special FringeArts Menu. With dishes ranging from $8-$15 (think grilled watermelon with beets and goat cheese and “squid a la plancha,” chorizo, tomato confit and squid ink), the deal runs through the festival, and diners with a valid Fringe Fest ticket get 15% off.
