Food Trucks at The Porch

The air is growing colder, but it won't stop food trucks from setting up shop at The Porch. Today, feast on food from the Surf and Turf Truck, which, in addition to all-things seafood, also serves breakfast sandwiches including the classic pork roll, egg and cheese as well as a veg-friendly kale and eggs.
Philadelphia Museum of Art Contemporary Craft Show
11 a.m. – 9 p.m.; $15 for single day adult passes, $5 for children under 12
Shop the 38th Annual PMA Craft Show's nearly 200 vendors now through Sunday. In addition to tons of handmade, high-quality items, expect three artist demos per day during the show, as well as a beer-tasting on Friday night.
Food School: Make Your Own Bacon

1732 Meats is hosting a beer and bacon filled class at Reading Terminal's new test kitchen, City Kitchen. The two-hour class includes a hands-on demo on making your own cured meats plus beer and a snack-pack of the company's bacon to nibble on during the event.
