Founded in 2014, Conshy Running is a free, open running community that meets three times every week for group runs. The organization promotes three important training runs that every participant should have in their training regiment: just runs, long runs and speedwork. Their main group meets every Thursday at 6:30pm at the Conshohocken Brewing Company for a large group run down the scenic Schuylkill River Trail. Sunday at 10am, the group sponsors a long run at the Schuylkill River Trail at the Cross County Trail and travels to other local running spots. Tuesday evenings at 6:30 the group works on speed workouts designed to help runners achieve a variety of running goals from 5k to marathon.
