Al fresco yoga is the in thing to do in the City of Brotherly love as of late, and there’s nothing more zen than a little yoga outdoors. Yoga is the perfect combination of physical, mental and spiritual conditioning. The practice of yoga has been around since the fifth century and is said to have originated in India. In the past 10 years, yoga has become a common practice of westerners. Pop-up yoga studios can be found all over Philadelphia. Breathe in the fresh air and exhale while practicing sun salutations at any of these outdoor yoga events happening in Philadelphia.
