Lucha cartel’s weekday happy hour runs from 4 until 7 p.m. Come in for $5 appetizers, including chicken quesadilla, mushroom or shrimp empanadas and chorizo sliders. The Olde Bar, located in the historic Old Original Bookbinder’s and opened in 2015, is an oyster bar and cocktail lounge. Its happy hour is held every day of the week (Monday through Friday, 5 to 7 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 4 to 6 p.m.) It includes buck-a-shuck oysters (oysters for only $1), as well as $5 snacks including deviled eggs, sautéed mussels and welsh rarebit. Panorama is noted by the Guinness Book of World Records for having the “largest wine preservation dispensing system in the world” and has, at any given time, 120 wines on tap. Located in Old City’s Penn View Hotel, its happy hour runs every day from 5 to 7 p.m. (on Saturdays, 3-5 p.m.) and includes $5 off wine tasting flights (a selection of five in 1.5-ounce pours), $5 select wines and $4 select beers.
