Drink specials include one of Philly's longest running specials on Thursday nights with 75 cent Miller High Life Bottles (and MHL Light) until midnight. Lucy's is conveniently located in Old City and sports two spacious bars. The college crowd loves the wallet-friendly drink specials and no cover charge.
