STREAT FOOD FESTIVAL
Manayunk will be hosting the StrEAT Food Festival to kick-off the neighborhood’s Restaurant Week. About 50 of the city’s best food trucks and vendors are set to line up on Main Street (rain or shine) for all-day feasting on the cheap. Specialties will range from ice cream and crepes to tacos and burgers, and the spotlight is on a spring staple, strawberries! Plus, kids can enjoy a zone dedicated just to them, Recess, while adults can imbibe at the festival’s beer garden on Cotton Street. Finally, Main Street businesses will be open so that visitors can eat, shop, listen to live music and even enjoy yoga classes while exploring this vibrant hamlet.
