Designer Room

Take a walk through the show's designer "room," which was created by interior designer and "The Painted Home" blogger Denise Sabia. The room will feature salvaged items used to create interesting décor. And, for the first time EVER, the Philly Home Show is holding a contest to find the next room designer. It's open to all up-and-coming designers, and the winner's room will be open to the public at the Home Show.

Love Local Culinary Stage

Fair Food and Love Local are presenting this cooking stage, featuring demos, tastings, discussions and more.

The Bright Light White Room

It starts out bland: just a white room with white furniture. But by the end of the Home Show, it will be covered in stickers! Stop by and pick up your sheet of stickers, then put each one somewhere in the room. And yes, this is open to adults, too!

The Ultimate Upcycle Challenge

Celebrity experts and emerging style, décor and interior design bloggers are invited to enter this contest. Presented by Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia ReStore, contestants will have to source and repurpose a household item from the Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia ReStore, and the winner gets the grand prize of a $500 Visa gift card. All entries will be displayed throughout the Philly Home Show and the winner will be announced after a vote. For more info, click here.

Celebs: There are a number of celebrities slated to attend including Jason Cameron of DIY's "Man Caves" and "Desperate Landscapes", Jersey Shore's J-Woww and Buffi Jashanmal from "Project Runway Season 10."
