Ingredients: (Makes about 3 ½ Cups)
2 Cups canned chick peas or garbanzo beans
1 Roasted Red pepper, from a jar or can
3 cloves garlic
½ Cup Chicken Broth
1 Lemon, juiced
6 basil leaves
Pinch Salt & Pepper

1)Place all ingredients except the broth in a food processor/ blender. Pulse ingredients and slowly add chicken broth until desired consistency, may need to add more broth.
