Tony Wolchasty currently serves as a volunteer member of the AARP Pennsylvania Consumer Issues Task Force. Prior to becoming an AARP Pennsylvania volunteer, Wolchasty was employed by the United States Postal Service for 35 years. For most of his career, he was a Postal Inspector who was responsible for conducting investigations into violations of Postal Laws and bringing cases for prosecution to the U.S. Attorney wherein the victims could be consumers, businesses or the government. Additionally, Wolchasty was assigned to a Mail Fraud Team in the Philadelphia Division before retiring in 2005. In his retirement, Wolchasty volunteers his time to serve on the AARP Pennsylvania Consumer Issues Task Force, educating Pennsylvanians in the southeast region on how to protect themselves from fraud.

Mary Bach is a nationally recognized consumer advocate.  Her enthusiasm in engaging public discussion and challenging the private sector is without parallel.  Bach has spearheaded efforts in consumer and telemarketing fraud, the Do Not Call List, healthcare fraud and crimes against the elderly.  Through her many radio, television and public presentations she continues to influence tens of thousands of older Pennsylvanians and their families on the issues of covert consumer fraud.  Bach heads up the AARP Consumer Issues Task Force in Pennsylvania and is currently a member of the AARP Executive Council.  She is the proud recipient of the 2004 AARP Andrus Award for Community Service.
