SEPTA Refunding Key Card Users Who've Been Getting Doubled Charged For Trips

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- SEPTA says it is refunding Key card users who have been getting double charged for trips. The transit authority blamed the issue on a bug in their validation software.

SEPTA says the issue has been fixed.

So far, SEPTA has issued refunds to half of the affected customers.

The remaining customers will get their refunds by the end of next week.
