PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — The U.S. Supreme Court rule on one case Wednesday, but not the anticipated challenge to the country’s abortion laws. The case that was decided on Wednesday has to do with citizen’s rights when dealing with the U.S. Border Patrol.

The high court has an unusually high amount of cases, including the most notable being a case challenging Mississippi’s 15-week ban on abortion that could overturn Roe v. Wade.

A draft opinion was leaked earlier this year, but the court said that was not the final version.
