Philadelphia Police Searching For Black Ford In Connection To Old City Hit-And-Run That Critically Injured Man
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia police are investigating a hit-and-run accident at 2nd and Arch Streets in Old City. A vehicle hit a man riding a scooter just after 2:30 a.m. on Sunday.
The man is in critical condition.
Investigators believe the car was black Ford.
