PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Philadelphia police say a vehicle’s tracking device helped lead them to two teenage suspects wanted for an armed carjacking Tuesday night. It started in Parkside and ended about an hour later at 11th and Silver Streets in North Philadelphia.
That’s where the stolen car crashed into another vehicle.
Officers arrested a 17-year-old boy and a 17-year-old girl.
Police say they found two guns and what appears to be cocaine in the car.
