Crews Restore Service After Water Main Break In Center City Affected Homes, Businesses

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) —  On Sunday night, crews restored water service to homes and businesses impacted by a large water main break in Center City. The 12-inch main ruptured at 12th and Spruce around 5:30 a.m.

Water Department officials say there was a delay in beginning repairs because they had to wait for PECO to shut off an electricity line near the break.
