Officials To Discuss Reopening Of Brandywine, Jennersvile Hospitals After Legal Battle
CHESTER COUNTY, Pa. (CBS) -- On Tuesday afternoon, officials will discuss reopening Brandywine and Jennersville Hospitals in Chester County after a legal battle over their sale. A judge ruled on Monday that Tower Health was wrong to cancel the sale of the hospitals, leading to their closures in December and January.
Instead, the judge ruled Tower Health must give Canyon Atlantic Partners 90 days to reach an agreement on the sale.
