Philadelphia Winter, Holiday Traditions Return To Dilworth Park Beginning Nov. 1
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Some winter traditions are coming back to Dilworth Park this year. Starting Nov. 1, the Wintergarden will open outside City Hall.
There will be festive decor and lots of lights.
Then on Nov. 5, the city will open up this year's ice rink.
The Philadelphia Holiday Market will return on the 20th, followed by Dilworth Park's Deck the Hall Light Show on the 22nd.
