Stalled Car On I-95 Northbound Causing Traffic Delays
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A stalled vehicle on Interstate 95 is slowing down traffic in the northbound lane.
This backup is near Academy and Woodhaven Roads.
The delay is pushing cars back all the way to the Betsy Ross Bridge exit.
