Police: North Philadelphia Shooting Leaves Man In Stable Condition

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A 30-year-old man was shot in Philadelphia's Lower Tioga section early Saturday morning, police say. The incident occurred on North 15th Street and West Allegheny Avenue.

The man was shot one time in the neck, according to offficials. He was transported to Temple University Hospital and is in stable condition.

So far, no arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
