WOODBURY HEIGHTS, N.J. (CBS) — A local girl, pursuing the rank of Eagle Scout, has created a touching memorial. Eyewitness News was in Woodbury Heights, Gloucester County, on Saturday for the ribbon cutting of a pavilion.

The pavilion was built by Caitlin Wallis.

Caitlin could soon become one of a small number of young women who can call themselves Eagle Scouts.

It has only been two years since girls have been allowed to join.
