Woman On Scooter Seriously Injured After Struck By Car In Spring Garden
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A 20-year-old woman is fighting for her life after she was struck by a car while riding her scooter in Philadelphia's Spring Garden neighborhood. It happened around 1:15 a.m. Thursday on the 1200 block of Spring Garden Street.
We're told the driver who struck the victim was driving a city-owned vehicle.
There's no word on what caused the crash.
