SEPTA Lifts Its COVID Passenger Capacity Limits

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The road to recovery means your next ride with SEPTA could be a little more crowded. The transit agency lifted passenger capacity limits on trains, buses and trolleys Tuesday morning.

Those restrictions have been in effect since the start of the pandemic.

Passengers are still required to wear masks for now.

Starting Wednesday in the city, you won't have to worry about capacity limits or social distancing rules anymore. But the indoor mask mandate is still in effect.
