One Person Killed In Fire At Center City Hampton Inn
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- One person is dead after a fire broke out inside a Center City hotel. It happened around 5 p.m. Friday at the Hampton Inn on 13th and Race Streets.
Officials say the fire broke out on the second floor. The cause is under investigation.
No details have been released about the person who died.
Hotel staff worked with guests who were displaced to find them other accommodations.
