Battleship New Jersey On Camden Waterfront Reopens For Weekend Tours
CAMDEN, N.J. (CBS) -- The Battleship New Jersey on the Camden waterfront has reopened for weekend tours. The museum and memorial reopened on Saturday.
It will welcome visitors on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. through March.
Guests who made $50 donations on Saturday were able to pull the trigger and shoot the gun on the deck.
Earlier this week, the battleship received a $500,000 grant from Preserve New Jersey to help continue its operations as a museum.
