PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Investigators are working to determine if icy conditions led to a rollover crash on Roosevelt Boulevard. It happened just after 11:30 p.m. Tuesday, near North Ninth Street, in Philadelphia’s Logan neighborhood.

No one was hurt.
