PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — An investigation is underway following a deadly shooting in West Philadelphia. Around 11 p.m. Friday police discovered a 29-year-old shooting victim near North 56th and Arch Streets.
That man was taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
