23-Year-Old Man Critically Wounded In South Philadelphia Shooting, Police Say

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A 23-year-old man is fighting for his life after police say he was shot multiple times in South Philadelphia. Gunfire erupted just before 1 p.m. Saturday along the 2500 block of South 28th Street.

According to officials, the victim was shot five times throughout his body. He was rushed to a nearby hospital where he is in critical condition.

So far, no arrests have been made.
