Philadelphia Police Investigating After Woman Dies Of Overdose At Benjamin Franklin Parkway Homeless Encampment
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia police are investigating after a woman died at the Benjamin Franklin Parkway homeless encampment earlier this week. Officials say a woman died of an overdose on the 2200 block of Ben Franklin Parkway just after 12:30 a.m.
She was pronounced dead by medics on the scene.
