Delaware Officials Reverse Course, Vote To Allow Fall Sports

DOVER, Del. (CBS) -- The Delaware Interscholastic Athletic Association has reversed course and voted Thursday to allow fall sports. Practices would begin Sept. 28, with competition beginning Oct. 19.

The plan still needs to be approved by the state Board of Education when it convenes Sept. 17.

In August, the DIAA voted to delay sports until December.
