Worker Rescued After Becoming Trapped In Debris At Construction Site In North Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A construction worker was rescued by emergency crews in North Philadelphia, Friday. It happened at a construction site at 10th and Spring Garden Streets.
Officials say the ground at the scene was muddy from recent rainfall and gave way as crews were excavating the area. That's when one of the workers became trapped.
He was conscious and alert when they freed him from the debris.
