Coalition Of Groups Protest At Philadelphia City Hall Over Proposed Budget Cuts
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A coalition of groups protested budget cuts Tuesday in Center City. Outside of City Hall, the group placed body bags to symbolize the deadly impact of budget cuts.

The organization faulted Mayor Jim Kenney for increasing the police department's budget during his tenure.
They said he has decreased revenues for affordable housing and other social services.
