Police: Man Taken Into Custody After Opening Fire On Chester Township Police Cruiser
CHESTER TOWNSHIP, Pa. (CBS) - Pennsylvania State Police say a man opened fire three times on a Chester Township police cruiser. Investigators say it happened early Sunday morning on Interstate 95, just north of the Commodore Barry Bridge.

Police say a suspect, identified as Dimitrius Joel Barriera-Rivera, was found in Chester and confessed.
He was taken into custody.
The police officer was not hurt.
