PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Amidst the protest and the pandemic, don’t forget Tuesday is primary day in Pennsylvania. The polls will be open from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m.

But some polling locations have changed because of COVID-19.

If you have a mail-in ballot, it must be received, not just postmarked, by 8 p.m. tomorrow so it can be counted.
