PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — In the 2020 presidential election, Joe Biden is leading President Donald Trump in Pennsylvania if the election were held today, according to a new Harper poll. The presumptive Democratic nominee has a six-point lead — 49% to 43%.

However, the poll shows 8% are undecided.
Pennsylvania is a crucial swing state in the 2020 election.
