Officials: 10-Inch Water Main Break Causes Flooding In Roxborough

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The Philadelphia Water Department is on the scene of a 10-inch water main break in the city's Roxborough neighborhood. The water main break happened on Dearnley Street, between Ridge Avenue and Eva Street, around 5 a.m. Tuesday.

At least 30 customers are without water.

Crews hope to have water restored by later in the afternoon.
