Officials: 21-Year-Old Shot In Face Helps Police Nab Suspected Gunman In Fern Rock

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A 21-year-old man who was shot in the face helps Philadelphia police arrest the suspected gunman. The shooting happened shortly before 7 p.m. Thursday along the 6000 block of 11th Street in Fern Rock.

Eyewitness News has been told that an argument led to the gunfire.

Investigators say the victim was able to identify the suspect.

Officers found him a few blocks away.

The victim is in stable condition.
