PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Live Nation is giving back to the Philadelphia community that helped raise Boyz II Men. The musical group performed a sold-out show at the Met in Philadelphia on Friday.
Boyz II Men presented a $110,000 check with Live Nation and Holy Ghost Church to the city’s school district to support music in schools.
Live Nation and the Met have raised and made the significant donation as a result of on-going efforts and a commitment to giving back to the community.
The group members all attended The Philadelphia High School for Creative and Performing Arts.
