Police: 14-Year-Old Boy Hospitalized After Being Shot In South Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police say a 14-year-old boy was hospitalized after being shot in his left buttock. The incident happened around 3:15 p.m. Friday on the 2600 block of South Jessup Street in South Philadelphia.

According to police, the teenage victim was taken to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and placed in stable condition.

No arrests have been made.

An investigation is ongoing.
