Police: Man Shot, Killed 20-Year-Old Brother Inside West Philadelphia Home

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A man in charged with killing his brother in West Philadelphia. Police say 23-year-old Damere Proctor-Swinton shot 20-year-old Nasir Proctor in the chest Wednesday night in a home on the 6000 block of Locust Street.

According to police, Proctor-Swinton gave police the gun at the scene.

He has been charged with third-degree murder.

Police did not give a motive for the shooting.
